    Important factors in being loud

    i would say -good sub & quality sub, good amp, good box. in dat order. but its quite hard to say as one is dependent in a way on the other....dats my thoughts.

    When buying an amp.....

    i like the xplode design as well but it doesn't seem to be loud as my frens system who only has a 800 watt sub with a 600 watt amp and mine is a 1300 watt sub with a 800 watt amp to power it.

    Wearing in subs.

    when i bought my sub i was unaware of this breaking in period( as its called) and nither did my installation shop guy, i just played full volume as i really wanted to test it out and make sure my money is well spend. my advice, its up to you, if it breaks you can get it replaced anyway!
