Already own tweeters and crossovers need good 6.5" woofer!!!!

You might want to take a look at Adire Audio's Koda mid's. They provide very nice bass response.

    Amp for 2 12" eD K's

You can push the 12K's harder with the Tsunami, and they show no signs of strain, even with 600 watts each. Plus its cheaper than the Avionixx.

What Would You Get For $5000.00?

Just a thought, but you might want to stay away from the 6x9's in the back...oval speakers distort easily. If you go with good components in the front and give them good power, you may be able to forget about the rear fill (it screws up imaging). I'd look into these (but there are many other...

    Amp for 2 12" eD K's

You might want to check out the Tsunami db1100. If you get two of the 12K.44, and you can wire them up at 1 ohm total load to get the amp to put out around 1100 watts (probably a little more) and it only costs $220.

    need some help!

If you want great sound quality get yourself a good set of components for the front, and an amp that's real close to their RMS. And don't worry about rear fill, that just messes up imaging. Take a look at the CDT CL-61a's here: http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio/CDT_Audio_Components.html It...

    components with strong midbass

I agree with Kappa546, Koda's are known for their strong midbass. Adire is soon to release (later this month) Koda Components, using these mids.

Would two 12K's be much louder than what I have now?

If you do a good job of rebuilding this box with a port system it should fall right into the eD recommended specs, so your power should be no problem. I just don't know if porting this box is a good idea...it might be easier and better to just take the measurements and design the box with a...

Would two 12K's be much louder than what I have now?

That's 4 cu. ft. sealed? Is that before or after displacement? BTW, eD recommends between 1.2 and 2 cu. ft. per 12K ported...their blueprints are for 1.5 tuned to 28 Hz. If you go ported, I'd recommend building a new box for them, not just porting an originally sealed box.

Would two 12K's be much louder than what I have now?

I had talked to a tech at a local shop and he said that 3 dB wouldn't double the loudness...he said that it would be around where you would realy start to notice a good increase. Bobyota...you can also gain a lot in box design, maybe something you could look into IMO.

    Orion Load..

Do the subs have dual 2 ohm voice coils? This would allow you to have other possibilities when wiring to the amp, then you could get the load as close to 2 ohms if not exactly. I would be hesitant to run this low of a load on the amp, as I have not seen Orion say it's 1 ohm stable, and I...
