I just bought a used one on eBay and I have not been able to find any documentation of how I wire the thing so it works. Also... when installed, there is no reason for this to be in sight, right? It's a one time hookup so this should be hidden out of view, correct?

some people would say the screen of the 505 is a significant upgrade. also... i think the w505 looks cooler because it is more professional looking whereas the 106 flips out and looks very aftermarketish.

i think the alpinei iva-w505 also has a usb connection . would make sense for it to also be able to stick 16gb drive there, right? furthermore... we can expect over the next several years for these sizes to increase, possibly dramatically. will the flash drives in the future ever draw more...

I'm new to the site. Don't really know anything about car audio. I recently purchased a head unit for my car (Alpine IVA-W505) and am waiting on its arrival and then looking forward to getting it installed. Looking forward to learning a lot.
