My box is 0.895 cu ft. The sub is rated at 1.0 cu ft. From what I've read, 1lb of polyfill will "increase" volume by 30%. So I should just add about 1/2lb of polyfill, to reach my desired ~1.0 cu ft? Thanks

I tested it at 48/63, using the ROE test tones. I got ~10V at 3/4 gain. I'm gonna check the filters and crossover settings tomorrow, but the person who set them is real good with audio; I don't believe he set them wrong. Perhaps I need a line driver?
