that's what i have now but with a much simpler amp. the amp i want to put in has rca cable hookups for the left side speakers, right side speakers and another set for the sub. how can i hook it up to get all 3?

i'm looking to upgrade the stereo in my rock crawler. right now, my ipod is wired directly into a small memphis 100w amp. i have 2 rockford 6x9's. i just got a mtx thunder 5400x. it powers 2 left speakers, 2 right speakers and a sub. question is, how do i wire my ipod directly into this amp...
