I can hand build anything. I have some 12 inch and 8 inch tubing left. I also heat mold 6 inch and 4 inch aeros which are cheaper than u can buy precision ports for.

$120 for 2 flares and tubing. The tubing sells for $300 per 10 foot and it takes alot of work so it does cost. But they are LOUD and efficient.

I love those juicy aeroports! We build them from 12 inch schedule 80 pvc, mdf rings and fiberglass.

LOL.. yeah its my daughters car and she is definitely unique! We got that wattage from 2 Sundown 3500s strapped at .25 ohm per amp. They were rising to .8 ohm per amp and voltage was dipping to 11.9 or so.

DJ didnt give me any t/s parameters so it would be a completly blind test. I can tell you that we did try an 8 cube box with a 12 inch aeroport and saw a full 3 db gain with the 4 inch coil. The subs did not like the box AT ALL and I kind of expected that given the small port to box ratio but...

The 15 Inch cone is yellow and the 18 was black. Not sure what he is going to go with. Pretty sure a 5 HP motor for what DJ is going to be selling them for, will be impressive. But thats ok. Everyone has an opinion.
