Dang thats a huge box for a single 10"! I had my 12" x.1 in 2.75cf box on half the power. Box looks very nice btw. especially for a second one. sweet woofer there and those are nice amps as well. I had a few x1.1000.1d's and were very solid.

You're right sonances aren't better. but sonance v2's are imo. and i have used type r's. It was just an offer encase you might be interested, most people looking for R's are looking for a budget woofer and they are hard to beat for the money (ebay prices).

With non-sealed lead acid batteries get drained in the cold weather, i usually pull them and bring them inside my house an let them warm up for a good day before I try and recharge them.

as far as battery dealers locally, try the sears platinum (same as Odyssey) or carquest ngt extreme (same as deka). Those would be more comparable prices to your optima and would perform better for caraudio purposes. Theres plenty more out there, those re just a few more ommon ones that i know of.

don't buy an optima for car audio. save your money for something better.
