The turn on is hooked up to my cig lighter. If the amp turn-on were bad, wouldn't my light be off on the amp?

Guess that was my bad. Any other suggestions? Fuses are fine too...

Its not my RCA's. That was what I thought the problem was, should've mentioned those Monstercables came earlier today. Hooked them up and still nothing.
