The kicker free airs are the same sub as the Kicker comps, just has a diff sticker on the magnet. You'll put them in the same box as you would for a comp of the same year. Squeak is right,don't listen to some of the missleaders in here.

Kicker used to make free air subs. The compv/vrs are as close as it gets from them, as back in the day, they were the same speaker, just had a diff sticker on the back. I know, I used to have one and referanced all these Qs from an old Kicker Rep, Kevin Houstin.

Yes, very hard to find the rsd's. Fairly comparable to the Elites that morel made for PG a while back. Though not on the same level, they do share some of the same sound charecteristics.

There's nothing wrong w/the Octane amps at all. Very good amp esp for the $$. Most people don't like the Octanes due to thier looks, but perform admirably.

I have a CD8455 and to use time allignment properly you'll have to go 3-way active. Using your other xover will only allow you to do time allign. for left to right only compared to time allign each speaker seperatly. I didn't like the fact on the 8455 the EQ DID NOT effect the sub output. The...
