No. The JL Slash amps always had the RIPS.

The harness was for the right model vehicle, just the wrong year. The dash kit plain and simple doesn't fit, despite what the packaging says. I can't even find the same model on American Internationals website, but I know its not the same as the one they have listed there for my vehicle...

So I finally got time to install my Alpine head unit yesterday. I had the whole dash taken apart when I discovered that Sound Advice gave me the wrong dash kit and wire harness. The fun part will come tonight when I attempt to return the dash kit and wire harness.
