Yea i actually have a planet audio 4 channel i bought and have just been lazy on installing. I'll try testing it through the amp and rca's and see what happens before i go through the whole process of running rca's again and wiring etc. Wasn't sure if this was like soldering the pico fuse thing.

Have one these mach 5 15's sitting around and thinking about throwing it back in the car but the suspension is a little saggy. Havent been up to date on the forums in the last few years but is it possible to make a factory spec recone?

No, run all 4 speakers through the amp on equal power otherwise it will sound like garbage.

Vibe makes pretty decent stuff. That amp will be plenty. You have to look at RMS wattage not Peak or Max. The amp does 75w RMS x 4 @ 4ohm. The front speakers are rated at 80wRMS each and those 6x9s are rated 160w rms each so its a perfect match even though the 6x9s will be a little underpowered.
