I really would like to see a box or template that is wedge shaped and ported for a single sub, that would go behind the seat of a regular cab truck. Thanks.

What about Fi BTL 12, Fi BL 12, or Fi Q 12? Would either one of those be good ported with around 1600 watts? Also, does any one have pics of a ported wedge shaped box for a single sub?

Its rated for 2000 watts rms at 1 ohm, ive heard Hifonics are a little overated power wise so I assume 1600-1800 rms at 1 ohm.

I want to use the amp I got. Hifonics 2006D, and I would rather buy new.

Here is the deal, i need two 12s that can handle 1600-1800 watts, have a mounting depth of less than 7 inches and work decent in a small sealed box. Would Kicker L7s be work?

Ive got two CVR 12's and on one of them the wires connected to both positive voice coils burnt off, is this a common problem. The amp im using is a Hifonics BXi2006D, I know this amp is big for these subs but the gains are down pretty low, could the amp bve to much?

I ordered a Hifonics BXi1206D from onlinecarstereo for my 2 12in Kicker CVRs, but they sent me the Hifonics BXi2006D instead, my question is since this amp gives out a lot more than what the CVRs are rated for can they take it?
