^^crutchfield has since then dropped the price considerable even having blowout pricing on them. $1200 is a bit of a joke. but yes, great speakers...except the tweeter...but the mids and midbass are top notch

I had a set of these years ago. To say they are 'loud' is an understatement. Finding mid/midbass to keep up to them can be a challenge. I'm so tempted...
