I Wouldn't worry about it but it really depends on the dealer and your service contract. i do warranty work on diesels trucks that have power programmers and all kinds of aftermarket ****. its harder to get a warranty voided then it is to just fix it and keep the customer happy

yeah more then likely its fuel related, with those setups theirs not alot of things that cause crank-no starts, but good luck with it
