I have owned and used, sorry but they are nowhere near worth the money. They lack with certain music. It would make a nice HT sub, but only if they have fixed the mechanical noises. I listen to alot of hard rock and that sub just plain out sucked.

I am wondering about the RD Audio Alphas. Anyone know much about them???? I am looking at vids and they look nice. The Critical Mass looks like something I could use for the stang to save weight.

I have been down the RE XXX path. Those are horible woofers. Motor noise, HORRIBLE efficiency, and just to big. The sub gets low and does very well low as well, but I want something that has good response 45hz and up as well. As for headunit I will be woking with an Eclipse CD7200.

Never cared for Treo. They just don't fit my needs.

Those Alphas look pretty mean. What do you guys think about a pair of them on a 3250.1? How do they sound? I see their amp is pretty strong and good build quality

Not going for true SQ, but I don't want a sub that sounds like crap. My front stage will be very nice once I start on it.

I wouldn't use that over expensive US Amps crap. JL Audio doesn't have a clean slope either on their class A/B amps. Looking at sub stage right now.

Money is really no issue but would like to stay around $2K. Putting it in a H2

I want a nice smooth sounding setup with about 3K total and 2 12's. I want good output with good SQ to back it.
