If you have chronic, you shouldn't have to worry about doing that. Basically all that happens, is the bud absorbs the moisture and fluffs it out a little bit. But if your bud ain't dirt, really shouldn't need to worry about adding moisture, and it won't increase the actual size of the bud.

If you're trying to get the absolute highest off of what you have, go gravity bong. Trying to make it last a little longer while still getting baked, just go with your everyday pipe. Do not use a hookah if you're trying to conserve, they waste quite a bit.

It depends on the quality. If its stress, **** it just use it in a gravity bong, then you might have a chance of feeling something.If it's KB, then just use a pipe...........
