    you really dont have to alter your doors much in a c5. the cavity is huge and the speaker opening are massive. you can fit a 7" and 4" in there with out any mods. mount the tweeter in the doorpull or a-pillar and you'll be good to go. if you want a w-7, you can get a subthump box custom...

    first i would have the battery tested to make sure it's just not a bad battery, then recheck your ground--make sure it's clean, then i'd upgrade the 'big 3'.
