There is only USB port up front where you are supposed to plug your phone in besides a different shaped one which must be for the android. I was just wondering if anyone has heard of this happening before. It *****. I’m stuck listening to the radio and can’t stream music I want to hear. 

I don’t know the name. It’s the cord you use to charge your phone. 

 I am playing from the phone to the car. The phone is plugged into the car. 

Yeah the factory speakers aren’t great but playing music through the phone is terrible. Aux in. I have not tried blue tooth yet. 

I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox with the standard factory sound system. It sounds good on radio and Sirius XM (which is mostly what I listen to) but if I play music from my phone through CarPlay, it sounds horrible. If you turn the volume all the way up, it sounds like a small transistor radio on...
