it can really only be a few things your subs, your amp, or your box.

sometimes if you have the bass boost on your hu turned up that can cause it. i had my duel scar subs pop until i turned the bass boost down.

try messing with the gain of your amp and see if the popping stops if you turn the gain down.

my brother has a single p3 in a ford focus its basically the same type of car and his is still louder than my 2 p3's

It’s not even that it’s just not as loud it’s not moving as much as his.

I’m in my friends car (who has the same system as me except for amp) and his Is a ton louder. His amp is also 1200 watts.

Alr I will try that. But how would that help (just curious).

There’s the subs in my car

i ran 4 gauge for the power and ground wire. and 12 gauge to the sub box. and the subs are faced outward.

i only went with this box because my trunk does not have a lot of upward space and i was contain it would fit my car.

my friend has the same sub and box and his gets a lot louder and without the shut off problem i was talking about thats why i had questions im not sure if its wiring or what.

yes that is what i have the 2 12 inch p3s the are wired for 1ohm.

i have a 1200 watt mono block amp at 1ohm. its the r2 1200x1.

i have the rocksford fosgate specific 100amps wiring kit. and its the p3 loaded enclosure made by rocksford fosgate. and its all in my trunk (its a pretty big trunk).
