she picked it over the 8L7 but now it's about finding the amp for it i was thinkin about a 800-1000watt amp

it's called MECA kids and the class my daugther is in is restricted to a 8" sub and a 20amp agu fuse

what do u think MECA should do about the classes?

i just showed her the 2 subs... the kicker 8L7 and the DD1008 and she picked the DD1008 so that is what she is getting

that glass looked like it was about to break

i haven't showed her the DD1008 yet so.......she'll be chosen soon she just woke up and eatting so we'll see

what about the DD1008 my dude said they get CRAZY LOUD and they will take like 300rms 600music and 1200 peak

what is the LW??? there is a box height rule in her class so i would have to put the port on the bottom if i can it lower than 16" tall but, i think that 8L7 would be loud with a 800watt amp

i was thinking about that i was showing my 2 year old daugther 8" subs today and she picked out the L78, she was like i want i want i want NOW, now shouls i build a 1ft^3 ported or sealed?? there will be the meter on the floor of it and then she will be doing drive-by SPL too
