oh and one last thing i keep hearing the engine through my speakers, and my screen has like these lines that you can barely see thats going up and down in the background, could this be from the engine interference

I have a 11.4 drop down monitor in my truck. It can only be viewed best by looking straight at it, if you look at it for the side its all blurred out, are these monitors adjustable, or do i need to by a better brand,
