Hey everyone. I have a soundqubed 6.5 sub that sounds amazing. I'm doing a build in my 21 Elantra and was going to go with the sundown ev3 series of subs. Ported enclosure with a RF P1000 for power. Has anyone used both brands and what do you think would sound better?

Lol, no its a vented box. Sounds like sundown is the way to go.

I think I can wait. I was just listening to the system and damn those basslines sound awesome in a ported box. I'm using a RF 300X1 to push them.

Any suggestions as to what to get? I've researched my *** off and the Skar was the only one in my price range 150 to 200 for a pair.

Ok so, will I even notice a difference in sound if I find a sub that fits the specs I have?? And if I leave the alpines as is will I damage them with less air space than the specs call for??

Are they a decent brand??

So I built a box not paying attention to the specs of my current subs, been, I know. So I'm running alpine bass line 10 svc 4 ohms. The box I built has 2.44 cubic air space. The subs are rated for 1.5-2.5. My question is this, I found a set of Skar audio IX 10's that will work perfect for my air...
