I've actually tried 2 faces already and they both don't stay in, so I'm assuming its the unit itself. i'm probably just gonna glue it.

i'm not sure, maybe they didn't know what they were doing. so is gluing it in the only option?

they don't pay for all of it, and its just a hassle. I just don't want to go thru replacing it again.

lol yea I have gorilla glue, but I kinda only wanna do that as a last resort. I know it'll work, but I don't want a thief smashing my window again because he sees the faceplate. even if he can't get it off I'd still have to pay for a new window again.

hey, I'm new to these forums so I'm not sure if this is the right place for this thread or not, but I recently had my faceplate stolen from my car because I'm an idiot and didn't take it off. I bought another one off of ebay and when I attach the faceplate to the unit it works perfectly fine...
