    Quick? about Solo Barics

But from that I can take he has 2 to ad infinitum woofers... maybe three or four or whatever. Now yes we know he has two. I thought that he had only one because that amp is powerful enough only for one S15L7.

    Quick? about Solo Barics

As I understand he has one S15L7... then he needs 2Ohm model and wire it to 1Ohm

    solobaric L7 meter scores

I have S15L7 and wiht new termlab I hit 144,3db, but it was fist time when I metered it and the setup was not finished yet (box was not seald from the trunk and stuff), hoping to get 146-147db. Box is 6,2cu.ft total, port is107sq.in and 13,4in long, tuned to 49Hz.

    Too much for L7 15?

    Kicker recommends 3.00cu.ft + port (0.46cu.ft)

who many watts for kicker solo 10?

My fault i don't know why but I read out of it that you are thinking about solo X...

    Click if your smart

It's more like 1x600 @4Ohm and 1x1200W @2Ohm and 1Ohm. And to blackwind... yes that amp is 1Ohm stable

    I N-e-e-d H-e-l-p!!!

Depends on sub and amp... when you have these 10" single 4Ohm voice coils, then your amp should be 1,34Ohms stable (I think It's not) Generally speaking you can't use it that way. But if the amp IS something like 1Ohm stable (1x400W @1Ohm) then they allmoust work fine with that.

who many watts for kicker solo 10?

No NO NOOO!!! Are you grazy... that amp puts out ONLY 350W @2 Ohm... and Kicker SoloX 10" can handle 2500W easy, presumedly even more... you need to look something much much better (minimum 2000W I guess) or you buy some other woofer.

    To All Kicker L7 owners

I have one S15L7 in a 6,6cu.ft box (including port) port area is little over 107sq.in and tuned to 49Hz. Because of the big port it has no SQ and doesn't play very good usuall music. But it works very well with 49Hz constat tone and thats what I need.

    how many db's!!!!!!

Why not more then 130... I did with one 12" pioneer sub (160W) and one noname amp (100W) 136,3db wiht new termlab... but pj2003 has two 10"... but it all depends on many many things, you just have to go and measure it.

    watt power

800W will be devided for tow subs... and yes, they get 400W each.
  12. ranz

How many db's you guys pushing?

Kicker S15L7, JBL BP1200.1 and 6,6cu.ft box 144,3db :P and the setup is not finished yet... in a audi 80.

Why would you want 2 channels to 2 subs? eD question

You getting it all wrong... you say that in bestby.com there is a mono amp 300W @ 4ohm and 2 channel amp 460W @ 4 Ohm... but... the 2 channel amp cant give any more, thats max continius output power but the mono amp is 300W @ 4 Ohm and i think @ 2 Ohm it is 600W (example: audiboahn has a amp...

Kicker L7 15 Needing More Power!!

Hifonics BX1500d is not enough for two of these... it would be good for one of them But for two S15L7 you need amp what is 2000W-2500W RMS @ 1 Ohm

Why would you want 2 channels to 2 subs? eD question

2 channel amps are usualli 4 Ohm stable in briged mode but mono amps are 2 or 1 Ohm stable, and they put out a lot more power than 2 or 4 channel amps. For example: JBL BP1200.1 it costs around 280.- and its 600W @4 Ohm and 1200W @2 Ohm... show me any 2 or 4 channel amp what puts out that much...
