Made by the same company, just a different logo on top. Amplifier looks, specs, circuit board, connectors, etc are all the same.

OZ makes high quality subs/speakers. They are geared towards SQ for the most part.

You can put a yellow top under your hood, I've done it in my past three cars, never had ANY problems.
