thought I'd bring this back from the dead with a few pics. Overall I'm much happier with this box than any of the JL recomended boxes though it lacks a bit in the top end.

should I be concerned with port noise or turbulance with this design???

I used Solidworks(excellent program but big $$$) which only does the modeling and for the calculations I used Winisd (but I don't know how to use it very well). I've been lurking and searching for quite a while now and from what I've learned this is what I came up with. If any one is curious...

This is the first ported box i've designed and before I build it I want to make sure that it should in theory sound good. If(and that's a BIG if) my calculations are correct the box is 1.297 Cubic feet after port and driver displacment, and has a port length of 32.25 (2"x10") which should give...
