I don't think the ratings on that taramps amp are accurate. If they are accurate than that amp would blow your speaker 100%. I personally would go with the Kicker, it seems to have perfect rating for your speaker.

I registered just to answer this question. :ROFLMAO: I have no idea what your subwoofer specs are, but you can never go wrong with a JL Audio Amp. You're guaranteed 300 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohms Bridged with that amp.
