You should have just opted to not get the Bose because I can tell you typically having OEM audio "upgrades" are a general PITA.

Spring for the Premier version the 400UB - It's got a nicer screen and comes with a two year warranty if professionally installed. It also physically looks different - nicer. The 4000 is dark nasty cheap looking gray. It's like the difference between a Pioneer TV and an Elite version.

I have the same problem with mine, what I found on the forums were people saying that you need to tighten up the bolts on the mount but what I found works better is making them more loose. I guess the vibrations don't transfer so well when it's loose like that. Didn't fix mine 100% but...
