I wired my system the other day and I think I have a problem with my fuse or fuse holder. I have 12.5V running to the fuse, but only 8V coming out. I put a multimeter at the end of the fuse and it reads 12.5V, but when I stick the fuse in the holder and check the wire coming out of the fuse...
