Im gonna paint my sub box instead of putting it carpet it on it.... im using 3/4 inch MDF for the sub box, but what paint is good to use on it? Should i also prime the MDF before painting... never painted MDF before. Thats why i ask. Thanks for any thoughts or recommendations

save your money and buy a new car before that neon takes a dump on you... then youl just have a boat anchor with a stereo system in it sorry the car is total junk

yeah.. just turn down your gains a bit.... i think that infinity is probably not a true 111 watts.. they never are.. probably over rated.... anything over 60 watts a channel is too loud for constant listening unless you are deaf or want everyone in your neighborhood to know what stuff to steal...

The MBs are way too bright for my tastes.. on the virge of being ear bleeding The ZRs arent nearly as bright.. i would go with the XRs if you got JL... cause the mids are alot warmer and the highs are just right on the XR series... i think the ZRs are lacking a little something in the mid...

i think the ZRs are over rated, especially for the cost... MB Quarts **** now (they were good like 10+ years ago)... i would buy neither.. especially since the ZRs are 700 a pair.. screw that.. i think the XRs sound way better than the ZRs... you dont have to pay the most to get the best...

id just steal the car, then take apart someplace else and burn it... probably would be doing him a favor yeah.. if people drive around with stickers of what audio they have in their car, they deserve to get it stolen

just put 6.5's in there instead of the 6x8, you can make your own mounting plate out of MDF so it will fit on top of the 6x8 enclosure just dont buy more 6x8s, they dont perform as well as round speakers to i have a mazda so i have the 6x8 deal also.. but i have 6.5 in the front and rear
