replace the radiator fluid in the radiator with water. just kidding! DON'T DO THAT! Do the opposite...make sure you have a good mix/all radiator fluid. The water will expand in your engine and ruin your block. NOT GOOD.

If you're happy with what you have, forget the 8's. If anything, try a Brahma...or, like someone else suggested, upgrade to the 18'' XXX.

How loud is your w7? and, what are the specs of the box it's in now?

The grounding wire is supposed to be the same size as the power wire. I do not know the reason, but it does make sense. Who put 8awg as the ground and 4awg as the power?

It's possible that he had a bad ported enclosure right? Sealed enclosures do sound nice, but I'm sure a low tuned ported enclosure can get louder and sound better, if done correctly. I want SQL.

The amp puts out 1200watts RMS at 1 ohm. It's the JBL bp1200.1 amp if that helps.
