If you want to use the jbl 1200.1 buy a second sub.

I've never had a problem w/ 50hz and above either. I don't think we have ever had a problem hitting any freq level(except for one ported enclosure that I made).Everyone who has written reviews has only had the sub for a limited amount of timeand I don't feelany of them used it or tested it to...

It is 750 RMS but we all know it will take much more as long as its clean.I've put 500w on w0s and not had a problem. Its all how you do your tweakin. And yes abercrombie boy is right about boxes, if its the slightest bit out of whack(size,portdi,leaky,braced,etc) it changes everything.

My store carries Image Dynamics, JL,Kicker,MTX,Eclipse,Orion,and Diamond.All of these manf. make some killer subwoofers. I have installed more w7's than anything else because jl has built up so much "hype" . I have never had a w7 not preform up to its potential and have never had a problem 50hz...

why does everyone knock the w7? Its a great sub! It seems as though everyone likes to slam the most versitile sub on the market.

Now here is the thing on panasonic, the old heads had crapy voltage, we used to get more signal using an audiolink then the RCA's.The good news is Panasonic fixed the problem and they have a very strong 5 volt output.I have the new MXE MP3 player and I love it!

I have a Panasonic CDXP-572 and it is the best h/u I've ever had! MP3/CDR/CDRW. 5 volt out,CD Changer control, and it never skips!

I was thinking about running a pair of them ported but I don't think 400w to 2 is enough power.I think I'm better off throwing it all at 1 sub.

which head unit do you want? the cassette or the cd? please remember that both units are reference pieces so thay have no onboard amp.
