actually air space was a hellacious trick but it sounds pretty good (I'm not sure exactly how much space there is but it around 30 I believe) and the audiobahn is just a live driver to boost voltage

Alpine IVA C-800 screen, 12 Memphis MOJO's (finally) (subs) 4 Memphis Studio 3004's (mids and highs) 6 MTX RFL 15's (they do sound like shit.....but they get loud) 4 pairs of MB Quart 6.5 3 way components, 2 batcap 8400's, and 8 audiobahn line drivers (they were cheap on ebay) all in a 95 Z28...

personally I think memphis makes some LOUD clean sounding subs..........my friend had 4 studio 12's doing a 158 in a honda civic (hatchback) and it sounded smooth........just my opinion

They must have thought about 2-4ohm DVC subs..........Use these formulas to get your impedance series: add all impedances parallel: (coil A times coil B) divided by (coil A plus Coil B)

look on ebay and get some MB Quartz............ they sound AWESOME and are reasonably priced on ebay

The US Amps SPL-4000X is rated at 4000X1 at 4ohms but it can't be played constantly. Supposedly every extra volt you give it adds 10% to your output. You can't run them very long but they are fun while they are goin.

personally I would go with a crossfire 150.2.........

I have a crossfire CFA15HC rated at 15x2 RMS at 4 ohms and is stable down to .5 ohms. Crossfire says its capable of 270 watts max and I had it running 2 Memphis Studio 12's (200 RMS 400 peak each) and with a clean input and 50% gain I could bottom them out w/ regular music. Makes me wonder...
