Funny I just got done bridging my amp entirely to the front with hu on rears. Just a test haven’t listened to it yet, essentially in my case I gained measly but noticeable 3 dB of audio by bridging my watts to nearly double (600x2 @2ohm on 4 components).

It is the pacebo effect. It’s why I love audio so much..

Do you have 4 rca already ran? Just plug them all in like normal then switch to bridged if that’s what that switch is. The amp should pull whatever signal it needs with all 4 rca connected..

I like to trust my amps xover more than headunits. Nor do I use bass knobs, just me. Be sure to only use either or, not both xovers. Set your gain on amps to match hu output Voltage. Turn your volume up to 3/4-7/8 volume. Then slowly turn up amp gain until you hear audible distortion, then back...

Thought some of you might enjoy hahaha... Myths associated with speaker wires. Bigger is better, nope 16ga is suitable for up to 200’ run. Splices reduce quality/efficiency, proper splices do not affect sound audible to us. Only sometimes detected by oscilloscope. Speakers/wire needs broken in...

You need to try different amp in the same setup, I don’t think 42hz or the ssf is the culprit here. I vote for amp issue...

Doubtful this will happen again with that setup, no offense but it can’t possibly be that loud. Just buy a new window.

Short to ground, ticking means bad relay. Listen to them while somebody tries starting it and replace the one that clicks. Low voltage would be easy to test for as well.

I have had bad luck with JBL speakers, just my opinion. However they are $80 components, how can you complain about their sound? Lol
