How do you stop the face from switching from black to white?

CD is Alice in Chains unplugged it ejected fine in my alpine.Purchased from tristateaudio.They have been very helpful so far but they want me to pay for shipping both ways which i think is ridiculous.

Just installed new 880 everything works except CD won't eject.The face opens and you can hear it trying to eject the cd but the CD doesn't come.Should i just send it back and get a new one.Is there something I did wrong in the install.I tried grabbing it with tweezers but i cant't get it out.Any...
