I just bought a 1999 Maxima SE with Bose speakers and CD player.I have a little 250 watt Kenwood amp I have lying around.Could I hook the amp up to the Bose or are they not very good? Do they already have an amp hooked up to them?They can go really high and still have quality.

How do I know how loud or how much bass my subs or door speakers can take before they blow or start to get damaged?

I dont have the model # but can get them if your instrested. 600 watt Planet Audio ( I know) amp.I guess it has a short or something. Kenwood CD player headunit.Not the nicest not the worst.My friend paid like i think $200. for it new if that helps at all.
