I am installing the 9815 in a 95 lincoln towncar is there a way to keep the steering wheel controls so they will work the new head unit also the factory radio keeps playing after you turn off the car it plays until you open a door any way to keep this feature

Can you hook an amplifier to the factory head unit in a 95 towncar that does not have the premium radio in it

I think the amp on my head unit crapped out does this affect the rca outputs also how do you test the rca outputs to see if they are working I thought I would use external amp if the rcas still work.

I disconnected every wire took amp out wired it right off the battery same thing light on top flashes and overload light comes on. I think the amp is bad but it brand new out of the box does that happen very often you get a bad amp right out of the box

I am installing a usx-4065 I got everything hooked up when I turned on the radio the first time the overload light on the amp came on imediatly I have checked all connections everything looks ok I had the battery disconnected the whole time I was wiring everything cant figure out the problem.

I bought a 4065 from the thezeb cheapest price I found plus free shipping I recieved it in 2 days great transaction

does anybody know the distortion rating on this model I have looked everywhere I can think of and can't find it

does anybody know the distortion rating on the internal amp on this model. I have a sony the owners manual says its rated at 5% distortion. I was wondering if the alpine has lower distortion on the internal amp

Is it posible to turn of internal amp I am hooking up external amp. If you don't use speaker outputs just the rcas does the amp still put out power. Any ideas appreciated
