    go with porter cable or bosch. can drop either of them from a 2-story building and the magnesium base will hold up just fine. i sell porter cable at work. use freud bits.

    hey thanks man, you've been alotta help. im surprised that theres only one input connector, too. my dad told me that this amp was class A back in the day so i want to get it working. there's also a harness for the speaker/ground/hot ins/outs that i don't have and ill hafta try to jimmy that...

    i appreciate the response, but my problem is that there are no RCA inputs; only DIN connector. perhaps i can find an adapter or something. thanks for the time to look bro.

    hey guys. i've recently picked up a kenwood KAC-901 (an older amp) that i'd like to hook up, but im having some difficulty w/ the wiring. the connector that is on the input of the amp is a 5-pin connector much like that of a microphone from an old CB radio. i dont quite know what to make of it...
