What do you guys think about the new 2014 powerbass 3xls? Are they considered an SPL sub? And do they take well over rms?

What 12s did you have?

I could fit it I have an suv.. I think im going to go bigger on the amp now...I wanna get a 4k amp like a sundown saz 3500, crescendo 3500, SQ 3500..etc..

Im in an suv I forgot to add that. a small compact suv...but man Ive had single sub setups for the last two years...I just wanna try something different...

Hey guys I was wondering if you had some sub suggestions for a 2500 bdcp...Im looking for anything besides a single sub setup..preferrably 2 15's...I would like to try to get close to 150db...I know that their are a lot of factors such as vehicle, box, electrical...but just generally speaking...

I thought two 12s would usually always have more output than 1 15 on the same power because of cone area...given they are in they're optimum enclosures...am I wrong?

Interesting..Most of you guys are sayin the btl 15" over the two sa 12s...but are you keeping in mind the adequate custom box that I would put each in and the amp I'm currently running?

Don't multiple batteries in turn put more stress on your alternator for charging purposes?

And I want to go with more power but Idk how much my alt can handle...I have 0 gauge ofc ran with a kinetik 1400 in the back and I don't drop into the 12s on voltage. Usually goes lowest 13.3 full tilt..is there room for even a more powerful amp?   ---------- Post added at 10:48 PM ----------...

So DDtc im assuming your a fan of one high end woofer as opposed to two mid level drivers? Lol

I know power can make a difference when comparing two 12s to 1 15.. that's why I included my amp...so the sa 12s still win given my power? Keep in mind the CT is rated 1400rms @ 1 ohm at 12.8 volts...
