    how do you port a subwoofer box

    i do not have any clue at all how to port my subwoofer box. it is a obcon box that i have two jl audio 12"s in i really need to know how to port it so i can really slam hard.

    no more than 400 bucks and i really dont know the difference in ported and sealed i just know they are in a obcon box with a vertical slot in the middle. i forgot to put i have a 15" snail shell box sittin in my room

    i have a 99 nissan altima i am currently building a system for and i need a good cheap amp and sub combo that will really beat hard. i now have two 12" jl audio w0's running off a 400w clarion amp and it sucks any suggestions would be great
