I have Hifonics Bxi1608d that puts out (supposedly) 550W @ 4 ohms and 1100W @ 2 ohms. I really want to buy the IDQv3, but I'm not sure if I should buy the 4 ohm or the 2 ohm version, because it's a dual voice coil. Any suggestions?

I have a set of Rockford 6.5" comps, and I'm having trouble getting them into the factory speaker hole. The stock speakers are 6.25", but onlinecarstereo.com recommended 6.5" comps. Would making a baffle solve the issue?
