I'll look into the ground this weekend but I know it's making a good contact . (battery is the trunk) 2008 vw r32 I could also try swapping the symbilink transmitter and rule that out.

Forgot to mention I have been back to the shop multiple time after the first install. They checked all the wires/connection multiple times and end result was- check the amp for a issue for 35$/hr The electronic Engineers in chicago couldn't find anything wrong with amp. :/

Understandable, they wanted to charge me $35/hr to see if it's an amp issue since I purchased it on my own. lol
