Ok I got it fixed. When I took the faceplate off there was a reset button so I used a pin and pressed it and the head unit started going again, I feel like an idiot now lol. I have no idea why it stopped working and I had to press the reset though.

Yeah the constant one is also my horn, but the horn and fuse work fine. These is another fuse coming off the head unit's wires for the constant one. I am about to take the head unit out and check that.
