Lol, I think I can look past the cosmetics with such a great unit.

So my old alpine finally died and I replaced it with this new deck. Love the flac playback. And the full 40w to all my speakers.

finally got the tape to work. This is the best I can do, I think the dent was there so long it created these little dimples when I pulled it. Looks a little better than before...

I'll give the tape another try. If I were keeping them I'd leave the dent, but I'm planning on selling them and want them to look as good as possible.

I tried the tape but that didn't work. I forgot to post the photo along with my original post, as you can see the dent is pretty deep.
