The thumping would occur even if the RCA is unplugged from the amp. I will be rechecking my grounds when I get the chance. Bass boost is at 0. Gains/level/volt is all the way down and it would still thump crazy loud.

I will recheck my grounds and report back with this. If all it is, is a grounding issue, I will be too happy. It might take me a few days to do this though.
