That's probably the issue because I'm not familiar with how to set all those knobs on my amp I have a hifonics brx 1200. Any advice ?

DC power was 600 for mine ..a little too much. I did just check out JS atl and the prices seem the lowest by far I might end up going with them depending on what singer is going to charge but I have a Toyota too so I imagine it would be close :/ Thanks for the recommendation!

Just curious what you paid for yours? The mechman 240amp for my car is $400 i'm waiting on a price from singer and excessive amperage if tthey arent much more or even less then I'd definitely do it. Mylows prices are pretty low compared to stores. Thanks!
