    Need High Power Head Unit Suggestions

    Less wiring to run behind panels for one. I'll just bypass the factory amp, cut the output wires, and splice to the input wires coming from the deck. Seems like a whole lot less work than running speaker wires and RCA's from and running power and remote to the amp.

    I'm planning to power my factory speakers with the head unit and bypass the factory amp (Dodge Durango). My friend has recommended Alpine head units for this purpose. Any other brands I should consider with very clean high power outputs? Are Eclipse decks as good as Alpine? Thanks.
