when you try to play radio the whole radio loses sound through all inputs, and radio wont change stations, anyone having trouble after using this firmware?

Yup all you need is the PAC TR7 to bypass the brake procedure, it's such an easy hook up

i used to have the 9861 too like 7 years ago it was great though i loved all my alpines! it went 9861-CDA-105 to IVE-W535HD

i had the basic radio in there, with the six speaker system and i just switched out the head unit. i'm still running stock speakers

yup i just got this head unit and its awesome i love it! Bluetooth works great! Pandora works great i'm using the features with a iPhone 5 64GB and you will need an firmware update which u can get at alpine-usa.com and then u will need the PAC TR7 bypass trigger for the parking brake bypass! HD...

yeah i got the PAC Tr7 works like a charm and took like 10 minutes to wire up!

currently have an Alpine IVE-w535HD

is that the easiest way? the relay method wouldn't work?

so could i just hook the parking brake into the ground or remote wire? is that T7 the only option i have?

how can i bypass this? using a relay or hooking into the remote wire? please help thanks
