Ok I've had this problem and cant seem to fix it. I'm running a 700s Rockford amp to two dual voice coil HX2 Rockford subs. I laso have a Rockford headunit. I think its the RFX9300. The deck's volume goes up to 30, but if I turn it up around 15 or 16 the amp fuse blows. I have no idea what...
