    LMI Welding Quality Metal Fabrication I used that in my pick up. 2006 f150 XLT. a little spendy but worked nicely. You could do this with spacers under the box to raise it up some.

    They wont close up right away.... hell i changed mine when i did it in the first day or two...its not like they close up instantly. Now mine dont close up at all i leave mine out for weeks at a time but i also had mine worked up to 8 gauge in both ears
